DJ’s AND MC Affiliate Program — Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By registering as an Affiliate of DJ’s AND MC (“Program”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). We may modify the Terms at any time. Continued participation means you accept the changes.

2. Account Terms

18+ and located in the United States.
Accounts must be registered by a human (no bots); one account per person/entity.
Provide accurate name, email, and payout details; keep credentials secure.
No illegal or unauthorized use of the Program.

3. Affiliate Links & Promotion

You receive a unique Affiliate ID (e.g., ?wpam_id=123). Only properly formatted “Special Links” track commissions.
Link to DJ’s AND MC pages/products only; no false or misleading claims.
Use only approved logos/banners/creatives provided in your dashboard.

4. Commissions & Payments

Commission: 25% of eligible product sales (net of refunds/chargebacks/taxes/shipping where applicable).
Cookie duration: 45 days (last-click attribution).
Minimum payout: $20; balances roll over until reached.
Payouts: monthly via Stripe or PayPal; you must maintain valid payout info.
Fraudulent, aggressive, or self-referral transactions may be disqualified and/or cause termination.

5. Customer Relationship

All referred customers are customers of DJ’s AND MC. We handle pricing, support, and fulfillment.

6. Compliance

Follow all applicable laws and regulations, including the CAN-SPAM Act for email. No spam, bots, or unauthorized ads.

7. Term & Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. On termination, remove all DJ’s AND MC links, logos, and materials. Commissions tied to violations may be forfeited.

8. Independent Relationship

You are an independent contractor; this is not a partnership, employment, or agency relationship.

9. Liability & Disclaimers

We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits). Our aggregate liability will not exceed the total referral fees paid to you. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Arbitration & Governing Law

Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association rules. Governing law/venue: Tennessee, USA. We may seek court relief for intellectual-property violations.

11. Miscellaneous

You may not assign this Agreement without prior written consent. These Terms are the entire agreement for the Program. Failure to enforce any part is not a waiver.
